Woman's Club of Hodgenville

Vision:

Bridging the Past to the Future

Mission:

The Woman’s Club of Hodgenville mission is to inspire leadership, philanthropy, and civic service in order to support and improve the town and community for current and future generations.

The Hodgenville Woman's Club strives to improve the quality of its community through the efforts of a vibrant and dynamic group of women.  The Club organizes service projects and fundraising events, disbursing the proceeds to local and national charities and organizations.

Organized on April 5, 1919, our objectives are to encourage social relationships among women of the community, promote interest in civic and cultural affairs, and contribute to the general welfare of the community through service-oriented projects.  Each year we contribute time and money to National Honor Society, Red Cross Bloodmobile and many other community improvement projects.

We meet monthly from August through May at 6:30 p.m. in our Clubhouse, located at the southeast corner of the Hodgenville Square.  Our Club house was purchased in 1921 for $2,250 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.  The programs vary from month to month but always consist of an interesting topic.   The 2021 officers are:
